Introducing Meet, Mingle & Escape — the zero-pressure, max-fun way to meet new people IRL without enduring awkward silences or having to come up with endless conversation starters. This is not a singles-only or a dating event. This is for any adult looking for a fun way to make new friends.

Whether you're an escape room rookie or a puzzle-loving pro with no team to play with, this event is for you. You and other like-minded fun-seekers will play The Vault, one of our most popular, brain-tickling escape rooms where you will participate in a heist.

Why it works:

• No awkward small talk – You’ve got a mission to solve! This means teamwork, laughs, and plenty of “Wait, how did we miss that obvious clue?!”
• No need to be a genius – A friendly game host is there to nudge you along and ensure everyone’s having fun (and not staring at the same lock for 15 minutes).

About The Vault Escape Room:

Steal the Artifact and Get Out!

Your crew of expert thieves has tackled some high-stakes jobs before, but this mission will test your skills like never before. A notorious crime boss has stashed a priceless artifact in a heavily secured vault. You’ve got just one hour to infiltrate, retrieve the item, and make your escape. But beware—getting caught doesn’t mean prison time; it means swimming with the fishes wearing cement boots. Ready to prove you’ve got what it takes? The clock is ticking…

ACCESSIBILITY:

• This game is on the third floor of the building, which is not wheelchair accessible.
• Most of the game is played with the lights off (you’re thieves, after all). But don’t worry, every player is given a flashlight. This is NOT a scary room. There are NO jump scares.
• Hints and some puzzles are audio with no text.

Event Details:

• This is not a singles-only or a dating event. This is for anyone looking for a fun way to make new friends.
• Plan to meet in our lobby no later than 6:45 pm for check-in and the pre-game briefing. The game will start at 7:00 pm and is approximately 60 minutes, with snacks and drinks served afterwards. Allow time to park and make your way to our lobby on the second floor by 6:45 pm. • Tickets are $40 and must be purchased no later than April 30th.
• We need a minimum of 4 attendees for the event to happen. If we don’t have a minimum of 4 people signed up 48 hours before the event, it will be canceled and refunds will be issued. We usually have a good turnout for these events, so we don’t anticipate having to cancel, but just in case.
• If you have to cancel, please call us at (401) 205-1873. Cancellations before April 28th will receive a full refund. Cancellations made on or after the 28th, but before the day of the event will receive a $40 credit, which can be used towards another escape room at Mystery Soup. Cancellations/No-shows the day of the event will not be refunded or credited.
