
What we’re about
We are a mindfulness community with a free weekly group meditation.
Our group is generally open and informal - you're welcome to come when you can, sit how you like, and meditate how you like.
We're happy to give basic instruction to beginners, in which case we encourage insight meditation (vipassana) in the style of teachers like Jon Kabat Zin and Jack Kornfield.
We meditate together in a space generously provided by 3B Yoga. Our meditation session lasts 30 minutes, with some discussion before and after. We begin by reading a different short meditation each week, end with another reading or Metta exercise, and the rest is silent meditation.

WHEN? Sundays @ 11:30-12:30 am
DO I NEED EXPERIENCE? No. People of all skill levels are welcome, and many are just beginning.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING? Just yourself! Cushions are provided.
CAN I BRING A FRIEND? Yes, please do! And we welcome children who are here to meditate and can sit silently with the group. Please leave pets at home.
