Tai Chi Gung is a form of exercise and martial art rooted in the Chinese philosophy of Taoism. This spiritual philosophy emphasizes the importance of balance and harmony in life. This type of activity cultivates balance and harmony within ourselves, connecting us to the natural world and leading us to a greater spiritual understanding. Through Tai Chi, we can learn to be more mindful and present in the moment, expanding our awareness to connect with our true nature.
Tai Chi Gung is suitable for all ages. Safely learn in our weekly in-person class guided by Marvin M. Portner, M.D., Board Certified in Allergy, Immunology, and Internal Medicine, and Dr. Eleanor Haspel-Portner Clinical Psychologist and Relationship Coach.
