Class Description:
This meditation class is perfect for beginners, offering a warm, non-judgmental space to start your practice. We’ll introduce you to the basics of meditation, covering what it is, its purpose, and a brief look at its history. You’ll discover the many benefits, from reducing stress to enhancing focus, and learn practical tips on how long and how often to meditate. We’ll guide you through the importance of finding a comfortable position, proper posture, and the power of mindful breathing. The class will also break down the three key phases of meditation—relaxation, intention, and return—helping you develop a simple, enjoyable routine that fits your life. Everyone is welcome, and the focus is on personal growth without any pressure.Bhagavaan, formerly known as Darin Palmer, has been meditating even before he truly understood its power and significance. His journey began in a difficult and turbulent childhood, marked by abandonment, abuse, and poverty. Raised in an environment that lacked emotional nurturing and stability, Darin struggled to find a sense of direction. However, despite the challenges, he began to seek deeper meaning in life, and meditation became a natural part of his growth, helping him navigate the turmoil and ultimately guiding him towards spiritual awakening. As he transformed into Bhagavaan, his meditation practice deepened, becoming an essential tool in healing and self-discovery. Today, he shares his journey and insights with others, teaching meditation and holistic practices with compassion and understanding. His teachings come from a place of personal experience, grounded in a deep commitment to helping others find peace, purpose, and connection.
