Join us at Laʻakea Healing Center in the heart of Chinatown for the Mindful Moments Meditation Group, a monthly gathering designed to help you de-stress, center yourself, and elevate your energy. Whether you prefer to connect in person or virtually, this session offers a supportive space to guide you toward balance and inner peace.
Our Mindful Moments Meditation Group meets once a month to provide a dedicated time for reflection, relaxation, and spiritual renewal. Led by experienced practitioners, this session includes:

✨ Energy work to elevate your frequency and restore balance
Participants will be guided through breathing exercises, visualization techniques, and grounding rituals that can easily be applied in daily life to promote well-being and emotional clarity.
Open to all experience levels, this meditation group welcomes anyone seeking a peaceful space to recharge. Both in-person and online options are available to accommodate different schedules and preferences.
