What we’re about
This is a space for those seeking a holistic, body-centered approach to faith, healing, and community—especially those recovering from religious trauma. We blend trauma-informed spirituality with somatic practices, mindful movement, and deep honest discussions to reconnect with our bodies and challenge harmful narratives that disconnect us from ourselves.
Our gatherings include:
🌿 Mondays – Alternating between Conversation Circles (Embodied Listening), Bible Study, Sound Healing, and Mindful Movement.
🪷 Tuesdays – Restorative Yoga (Chair Yoga offered on the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays).
🧘 Thursdays – Somatic-based yoga, with a community dinner on the last Thursday of the month.
✨ Workshops & Events – Exploring faith, embodiment, and healing in deeper ways.
Whether you’re deconstructing, reclaiming, or simply exploring, you are welcome here.
