What we’re about
You are invited to join this group, and join us at our mental health peer support meetings across the City of Bristol. The meetings are non-judgemental, confidential and free to access. Changes members get weekly emails with the links to join our online peer support groups. If you want to become a member, please fill this form: https://webforms.dizions.co.uk/bristol_changes/member.
People often come to explore emotional wellbeing, talk about their feelings, struggles, successes and take steps towards improving their lives. We know mental distress can take many forms, if you would like to find out if we can help, it would be great to see you at one of our support groups.
Sessions are very welcoming and friendly with tea and coffee available.
Our peer support meetings happen in various locations across Bristol, 5-days a week and are facilitated by passionate people who’ve been through tough times and wish to help others. They nurture a deep, honest, respectful sharing environment that creates a safe space for our members.
