The Blessing Board Volunteer Team - Day of Blessing!
"Furnishing Homes with Love"
There are opportunities for registered volunteers to lend some help on behalf of The Blessing Board at their North Warehouse location for the organization's Day of Blessing.
What to Expect
We will be helping out fellow volunteers and The Blessing Board staff with moving furniture and home furnishings into vehicles for pick up by families in need. We will also be assisting The Blessing Board Ambassador as they guide a family through the process of receiving home furniture and furnishings.
IMPORTANT STEPS: (2)

2. SIGN UP HERE FOR CARRIER / LOADER
Carriers / Loaders
The Carrier/Loader sees that all of the items chosen by the family are efficiently and effectively loaded with care into their vehicle.
Additionally, they help restock the Showroom floor when directed. They must be able to lift 20 lbs. alone or 50 lbs. with a partner. No experience necessary to be a Carrier.
3. RSVP with MVP
Although not necessary, I would recommend bringing some gloves for gripping and protection and closed toe shoes (and/or safety shoes).
The volunteer work takes place in a clean, well organized and climate controlled warehouse.
This is a great opportunity for us to provide heartfelt assistance and to demonstrate hands on compassion and caring to those in our communities in need!
Feel free to contact the Organizer with any questions, input, or suggestions regarding this event.
