The wonders of the ISLE OF WIGHT and a SWIM! DAY TRIP

Details

Let me take you to the first place that I have visited outside London once I have reached this beautiful country called the United Kingdom.
THE ISLE OF WIGHT! ATTENTION, this is a whole day out, so do not plan anything in the evening to avoid being disappointed... also, bring a camera, you will have some glorious views.
I could not believe that such a wonderful place existed so close to home,... where I got lost, thanks to the early years of Google maps and the terrible connection. Don't worry, I have been here many times in 16+ years now and I will show you some stunning places before taking you back to the safety of your home.
Both a county and the largest and second-most populous island of England it is located in the English Channel, between two and five miles off the coast of Hampshire, from which it is separated by the Solent. It is an absolute hiking wonder, with plenty of nature, history and pre-history... and one of the favourite hiking destinations in the country...
Holiday destinations since Victorian times, and home to Queen Victoria after the loss of her beloved husband, the island is known for its mild climate, coastal scenery, and verdant landscape of fields, downland and chines. The island is designated a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and is the only place in England with nesting white tailed sea eagles, the largest bird of prey in Europe...
We will of course have a peak at one of Britain's seven natural's beauties, the Needles, from the clifftop and hike the stunning seaside, beaches, forests and countryside. But just before that, we will have a break on a secluded beach where you will be able to have a swim. My favourite UK beach in fact, Botany Bay Pictured, Botany Bay, on the top of being one of the most beautiful picture perfect places in Britain is also full of history, once, a long time ago, Pirates and smugglers used to hide their ships and good in hidden caves inside the cliffs, only reachable by boat or swim that can still be seen today... and well before that, dinosaurs were a very common thing in the area as you can still see to these days their footprint on a nearby beach...
We will also walk some of the most stunning and cleanest beaches in the country and some quaint villages
before we head back for the ferry home.
This is going to be a fantastic day out in Britain's warmest and driest place.
The hike should take us around 4 to 5 hours and we will visit the town of Yarmouth and will probably end up at an old pub, so get ready for a typical Jon's Trail day out.
Now the downside, the Isle of Wight is an Island, which means that we have to take a ferry which will raise the price, I am trying to keep it low and will have some train discount but still, it will cost more than your normal day trip, all worth it though as it is one of the top three of my best seller trips. I will only take a limited number of people on a first come first serve basis. Once we reach the needles, we will have to tap in on a local bus to take us back to Yarmouth for a well-deserved diner before we head back to good old London, so please bring your bank card. The travel time is about 1h45minutes on a train and 30 minutes on the boat.
