What we’re about

This is a group for people who want to improve their general wellness. We offer activities which can improve your health, fitness and well being. Some of the activities we can offer include nature walks, outdoor exercises and sports, healthy picnics, nutritional advise, Pilates and yoga and meeting like minded people.
