Join us for a timed 5k paddle through the picturesque city of Norwich.

Embark from the historic Bishop Bridge and journey westward, meandering through the historic City. Upon reaching New Mills Yard, make a turn, and paddle back down river , towards the magnificent Norwich train station. Upon reaching this stunning landmark, pivot back towards Bishop Bridge to conclude your paddle.

Please be advised that parking is unavailable at the Red Lion, with St Helens Wharf serving as the closest parking option. Feel free to drop off your equipment with us before parking your vehicle.
