The focus on this group is to support each other in starting and maintaining the Carnivore way of eating (meat only) to promote wellness, health, and healing. Some alter the diet adding plants and carbs.
People eating Keto and Carnivore are reporting healing autoimmune, mental health, gut health, weight loss, skin disorders and many other issues.
Being on such a strict elimination diet can be isolating so I wanted to create a group to discuss all things Carnivore! Whether you’re a salt-seasoned veteran, a newbie, or simply curious about the Carnivore diet, this is the group for you!
