What we’re about
This group is dedicated to learning how to dance and the social part of it. We are a social dance group, most of my events are free at bars and restaurants, we do ask that you patronize the establishment.
I do hold workshops in Shag, Country Two Step, Swing and More. I also do Line Dance Bootcamps from time to time for the very beginner to the established dancer
I am available for private lessons, private group parties, or any special event. I also Dj an can provide dancers for performances if needed

Dawn has been a professional dancer and dance instructor for 20 years. After surviving cancer and a horrible accident, Dawn has dedicated her life to health and fitness. After an accident in 2016 left her in a wheelchair, where she broke her shoulder, arm, both legs, and had to have foot rearranged Dawn quit competition and started a career in health and fitness. Living in pain everyday lead her path to change her diet, get strong and go to Yoga and Pilates school. She also went to massage school, and is very knowledgeable of injuries. Pilates has changed her life! At age 50 she is in the best shape of her life. Pilates is great for any age and is great with anyone with joint or muscle pain. In a matter of weeks you will start to feel stronger and more flexible. Dawn will provide modifications for all exercises whether you want to have an extreme workout or a gentle but intense workoutPLEASE BRING YOGA MAT, AND WATER
