4Day bike tour through Mecklenburg Vorpommern. We cycle 6 hours every day in slow pace around 70 Kilometer. We will sleep in small country hotels. You have to bring your own bike. We will go by train to Stralsund and start from there. We will discover the peninsula of Rügen and Usemdom by bike. Small country roads and scenic views on the baltic sea an white sandy beaches included. Meetup fee: 40 Euro per person for organization. Who wants to join a camping weekend at a wonderful lake in Brandenburg? We will do camping, swimming, hiking, canoing, bonfire and other activities. We will stay at Camping Carwitzer See www.camping-carwitzer-see.de You dont need a car to go there, public transportartion by train and bus goes directly from Berlin to the camping site Carwitz. You must bring a tent, air mattress and sleeping bag. A night on the camping site is around 15 Euro per person. A shower is 1 Euro. Meetup fee: 30 Euro per person.

Travel dates: Completely flexible :) We have public holidays on May 29th if you take vacation on 30th and 2nd, its perfect :) else leave on Sunday with one day vacation.

Rough Itinerary

29th May - Thu

• 15:00 - Fly to Tirana
• 18:00 - Reach Tirana and explore city in the evening, Checkin hotel, Albania local dinner and night life :)

30th May - Fri

• 09:00 - Lazy morning with a good brunch :)
• 12:30 - Active participants can explore the city in the morning on their own, else wake up late and brunch heavy :)
• 13:00 - We take bus to Himare
• 17:00 - Reach Himare, explore the town and checkin hotel/cottage
• 20:00 - Dinner/Drinks.

Note: We have other option to take early morning bus 5:30, if confirmed participants are early birds and don't have a problem to wake up early then we take this bus :) We can reach Himare in the morning and can spend more time in the beach, relax and chill :))

31st May - Sat

• 10:00 - After breakfast we go on a hike to near by mountains. Its an medium hike (10km, 500m uphill)
• 14:00 - Back to Himare, have lunch and go to Gjiri i Akuariumit or livadi beach beach :)
• 18:00 - Beach time, swimm, play or just relax

1st June - Sun

• 09:00 - Enjoy some relaxing time on the beach.. we can go for a early morning hike over the coastline..visit near by beaches
• 14:00 - After lunch we take bus back to Tirana
• 20:00 - Dinner and night life :)

2nd June - Mon

• 09:00 - Breakfast/Brunch and Off to airpot
• 12:30 - Take flight back to Berlin

Estimated cost:

• Flights To & Fro - 152€ (Early bird) Albania is popular now, in the next 3 months fights are super expensive so 150 is cheap in my opinion, that too it's long weekend :)
• Bus to Himare (to & fro) - 20€
• Accommodation - 50/70€ - 4 nights
• Organising expense - 65 €
• Food and miscellaneous extra

Important Information

• We will explore Albania together. Organiser is not a tour guide.
• We will take care of hotel bookings, arrangements and planning.
• Please check visa requirements, you need passport and EU/Schengen visa
• By chance if public transport is not available, we will hire a cab or rent.
