This group is for anyone looking to find inner peace through meditation. Everyone is welcome to join and get the benefits from our Meditation classes taking place at the serene Thai temple amongst beautiful nature. This place is a hidden gem, a must see!! ❤️❤️
❤️At our 1 day meditation retreat, we provide bread for breakfast with unlimited coffee/tea/water and Thai lunch for all attendees at no extra cost. We have a lovely thai chef (my mum) who will be cooking wonderful Thai food for everyone. Make sure you let us know of any food allergies.
Learn how to relax your mind and discover the power of group meditation which will be guided by experienced teaching monks.

🧘♀️ We welcome all interested participants to join our meditation classes, to cultivate peace and harmony for oneself regardless of race, age, gender or religion.
During the class, we have Q&A session as well as group discussion to help you overcome any obstacles during meditation. Also a great opportunity to spend the day with the monk’s team to learn about monks’ lives.
🧘♀️The retreat is designed for people of all ages and backgrounds, whether you're an absolute beginner or seasoned meditator, this retreat will provide you with an introduction to the “Middle Way Meditation” technique that can start or deepen your practice.
The temple organises 1 day meditation retreat once a month but some month we will be hosting a weekend retreat of 3 days and 2 nights meditation classes with accommodation and meals included. Keep an eye out for any special events from this group.
🧘♀️Sometimes when you meditate regularly by yourself and need a longer session but it may be too difficult to do it on your own, so how about joining a group of like minded souls once a month to rebalanced your body and mind.
❣️You need to be open minded, respectful and enjoy meeting people from various backgrounds/cultures.
❤️This is a non-profit organisation and we promote, “ World Peace Through Inner Peace”. The fee is kept to minimum, just enough to cover some expenses for the day.

We are only taking small group of people per month so make sure you RSVP and secure your spot by transfering the fee to me at the earliest convenience.
🙏The cost for the whole day is $25 per person.

It’s best for everyone to wear comfortable and loose fitting clothes especially pants so you can sit and meditate longer without any discomfort.
