Hi All!
The Main Line Writers Group welcomes aspiring and seasoned writers of all levels and genres. 2025 marks our SIXTEENTH YEAR of continuous operation!
We meet at 6:30 pm on the 1st Tuesday of each month at Main Line Art Center, 746 Panmure Road, Haverford, PA 19041. Founder Gary Zenker serves as the group leader. He is also the founder of the Wilmington Writers Group, which now runs independently of this group.
Programming includes critique, readings, and presentations designed to help writers better their craft and assist them in getting published.
The Main Line Writers Group is member-supported group. Dues are $50/year and help defray the cost of our Meetup account, website, equipment, supplies, and other expenses. Dues are payable by cash, PayPal (garyzenker@gmail.com), or venmo (@Gary.Zenker).
OTHER PROGRAMMING
Main Line Writers Group occasionally sponsors public readings by its members held at different locations in the area. It's a great opportunity to do a short reading (7 minutes or less) for a friendly audience. These events are typically listed in multiple places, including Meetup and our Facebook page.
