Este grupo ofrece intercambios en español e inglés. Empezamos en 2017 con reuniones presenciales en el barrio madrileño de Malasaña, cambiamos a reuniones internacionales online con Zoom cuando la pandemia de Covid-19 llegó en 2020, y ahora volvemos a las reuniones presenciales en Madrid.

This group offers Spanish/English language exchanges. We began in 2017 with in-person meetings in Madrid's Malasaña district, switched to international online Zoom meetings when the Covid-19 pandemic struck in 2020, and now return to in-person meetings in Madrid.

La reunión comenzará a las 18:00. Tomaremos turnos entre los idiomas hasta las 19:30 (e.g., quince minutos para una lengua, quince minutos para la otra).
El chat es informal, sin temas fijos. Se sugiere que los participantes hablen la segunda lengua a un nivel intermedio (B1) o mejor.
Para ser justos con VIPS como anfitrión de nuestra reunión, los participantes deben pedir al menos una bebida durante el intercambio. Un menú de muestra de bebidas está en línea en: https://www.vips.es/carta/bebidas-y-cafes .

The meetup will start at 6:00 p.m. . We will take turns between the languages until 7:30 p.m. (e.g., fifteen minutes for one language, fifteen minutes for the other).
Chat is informal, without set topics. It is suggested that participants speak the second language at an intermediate level (B1) or better.
