Born on 15th July 1950 in Fletcher Land, Kingston Jamaica,Gregory was describe by Miles Milo in the New York Times as the most exquisite voice in reggae and he dominated the reggae scene during the 70s, 80s and 90’s. Gregory made his recording debut collaborating with Winston Sinclair in 1968 on a track called Another Heartache and he then teamed up with two other vocalists to form a group called The Concords
