Welcome to our relaunch of our previous Real Estate meetup group. Due to inactivity due to Covid, our original group was deleted and now we are re-launching it under the same name. We do have two chapters (Los Angeles and San Diego) so please make sure you are attending the correct events.
This is a casual meetup for everyone (new and seasoned) to just hang out and chat about anything Real Estate related from local to out of state investing. This will also be a great way for everyone to bring value to each other and expand their network, share their Real Estate goals and help each other brainstorm on how we can help each other achieve our goals.
Nabil Suleiman, Alvin Uy, Jonathan Taylor and I will be hosting the event. We are full time investors who buy, hold, flip, develop, wholesale (off-market properties) and sell local through Southern California and out of state properties. In addition to being investors and developers; Nabil is a full time licensed Real Estate agent; Alvin is a full time entrepreneur; Jonathan Taylor is a seasoned lender and I am focused on direct to seller off-market acquisitions. We share the long term goal of building financial freedom through cash flow. Combined with our diverse experience, knowledge and lots of trial and error, we are passionate about helping others achieve their goals in Real Estate.
There will be absolutely no sales pitching.
