Welcome to London wellness group, we provide FREE events; leisurely walks and countryside hikes to support positive mental health, enhance physical and emotional aspects of life by Nature connectedness.
There is a part of us which still feels at home in Nature and it has been scientifically proven that our brain behaves differently when we are in the forest or wooded area. Being connected with Nature results in some amazing changes inside of our bodies which could be very therapeutic, calming and soothing our nerves. For example Trees emit invisible chemicals called phytoncides which reduce stress hormones like cortisol, lower blood pressure and improve immunity.
We aim to promote physical & mental wellness, heathy living and natural healing. Most of our events are free and outdoor.
Group Rules
_ All attendance must be RSVP, members with repeated No Show or late cancellation will be removed from the group. Guests or members on waiting list are not allowed to join the event unless approved by the event host.
- Please treat other members of the group with respect & courtesy, understand the boundaries and consider cultural sensitivity.
- Please refrain from criticisms, personal attacks, harassments, loud voices and smoking including vape during the event.
_ The organiser has the right to prioritise members who are puntual, regular and show interest or appreciation.
