About this workshop
Join me for a FREE 90 minute, in person workshop on how to move from a place of survival living and burn out, to a place of more balance in the mind and body.
I'll be sharing ideas from biology, neuroscience and psychology on the
hidden impacts of stress, whilst offering some practical mindfuless based activities that you can incorporate into your daily living to help you restore balance to your mind and body.
All ages and backgrounds welcome!
Basic format for meet up:
Please arrive at the cafe 5-10 minutes before the start time You will be let into the workshop room at 2pm sharp.
What we'll be covering:
- Undetstanding the basics of our body's 'alarm system' response to stress
-Mind/body connection and impact of chronic stress
- How to move towards balance
-How to incorporate evidence based stress-reducing habits into our daily living to start bringing our lives back into balance. So we can start to move out of auto pilot living and live a life feeling more alive on the inside.

A wellbeing coach for adults (also a psychotherapist for children and young people)
I'm here doing the practices the same as you, to create and maintain a life that feels alive on the inside which is calm, connected and content. And I'm sharing what I've learnt from my own personal practices and professional learning and experiences, so that others can experience the same.
