LGBTWork (previously LGBTech)

LGBTWork - Equality and Pride at Work (formerly LGBTech) is the only professional organization in Israel dedicated to promoting equality and inclusion for the LGBTQ+ community in the workplace. The organization specializes in comprehensive support for companies and employers, ranging from developing inclusive organizational cultures and providing professional training for managers and HR professionals, to consulting on updating pro-LGBTQ+ policies and procedures, as well as establishing and supporting LGBTQ+ employee resource groups in workplaces.

Simultaneously, the organization offers support and assistance to employees facing challenges or discrimination in their workplace due to their sexual orientation or gender identity, driven by the belief that equal employment opportunities are a fundamental right for all, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.

LGBTWORK - שוויון וגאווה בעבודה (לשעבר LGBTech), הינו הארגון המקצועי היחיד בישראל המוביל את קידום השוויון וההכללה של הקהילה הגאה בשוק העבודה. הארגון מתמחה בליווי מקיף של חברות ומעסיקים, החל מפיתוח תרבות ארגונית מכלילה, דרך הכשרות מקצועיות למנהלות ומנהלים ונשות ואנשי משאבי אנוש, ועד לייעוץ בעדכון נהלים ומדיניות פרו-להט"בית והקמה וליווי תאים גאים במקומות עבודה. במקביל, מעניק ארגון תמיכה וסיוע לעובדות ועובדים המתמודדים עם אתגרים ואפליה במקום עבודתם על רקע נטייתם המינית או המגדרית, מתוך אמונה ששוויון הזדמנויות בתעסוקה הוא זכות בסיסית לכל ללא קשר לנטייה מינית או זהות מגדרית.
