A regular opportunity to experience veggie food at locations within Leicestershire. This is the social site for the Leicester Vegetarian and Vegan Group. This meetup group is open to anybody that wants to meet like minded people and also for those (Veggie and non-Veggie) that want to broaden their taste with vegetarian and vegan food.

Meet-up fees have continued to rise significantly in the last few years. Whilst it was a great pleasure seeing this Meetup group bring the community together, since its launch in Mar 2012, it is now getting too expensive to run (now approx £330 annual fee). Our last fund raiser in Sept 24 allowed the site to continue for another six months. Thank you to those that contributed but I do not want to keep asking for donations and so we are now moving to a free platform. Join us at our new home by following the Facebook page to keep up to date with upcoming events. The meetups will be raised as Facebook events. These event pages will provide all the necessary details and allow members to confirm their attendance.
