What we’re about
We are Flip Lingoes, here to flip the script on the way people learn languages. It’s a give and take system, where you flip between your mother tongue and your target language. Perfect for those who want to start speaking everything they’ve learned in the classroom, grammar books and apps cause practice makes perfect If you have zero level, best to attend some classes before. However, don't let that deter you. We’re really not about perfection, it’s all about encouraging you to make mistakes, and learn from them in a fun dynamic environment.

Our concept for language exchanges is called "Learn by Flipping" and here's how it works;
Arrive at event location at 7pm and;- Tell us your fluent and target language. (by scanning QR code on site)
- We match you with fluent speakers. (using our custom algorithm)
- Flip between your fluent and target language. (using the flip cards that will be placed on your table )

- It's Collaborative: Every 5 mins we ring a bell to indicate the exchange, so 5 mins you’re “the teacher” and for 5 mins you’re "the student". Creating a win:win for all!
- It's Fun: The warm bar setting, whereby you sit in small groups (max 5 people), keeps it sociable and structured at the same time.
