Welcome to Coffee, Tea and Spirituality!
We are an intellectual discussion group on spiritual related topics. We’ve been in existence since 2008 with this format. Our format gives everyone a chance to speak and be heard. Here are our guidelines:
· Be respectful. We don’t allow interrupting or talking over someone, or attacks on anyone or any group.
· Speak in “I” language.
· This is not a support group and it is not a process group. It is an intellectual discussion group.
· Promotion of your business, book or products isn’t acceptable.
· We have a meeting topic, and conversation stays focused on the topic.
· Everyone gets to speak on the topic for no more than 3 minutes to begin the discussion. You may pass.
· After everyone initially speaks, people raise their hand and the facilitator will put your name on a list. People will be called on more or less in the order they raised their hands, but preference will be given to people who haven’t spoken as much.
· Silence your phones. Contribute $1 toward the maintenance of the group. Buy something to eat/drink.
