Elevate your life with four easy to practise meditations
Difficult days and turbulent times can easily drag us down. If we suspect this is starting to happen or is already in full swing, we can respond in a very easy and effective way. Meditation gently nudges us back on top of things, gives us a clearer view of our situation and refreshes our outlook on life.
The meditations in this short series have been specifically selected from authentic Kadampa Buddhist teachings to have a positive impact on ourselves, our relationships and our lives.
