※ NOTICE to READ
. √ If your name is not listed in Confirmed(paid) attendees in the comments below, it means that you didn't do the e-transfer.
. √ Regardless of the existing RSVPs, if the number of Confirmed (paid) attendees is less than foursome, anyone who e-Transfers first can be listed as Confirmed (paid) attendees.
. √ A 4-some RSVP may take priority over a confirmed single RSVP.
※ Confirmed(paid) attendees
. √ RSVP doesn't mean confirmation of attendance, only an expression of intention to participate. Who made e-Transfer first has priority.
. √ Considering the waitlists, the "Confirmed(paid) attendees" who have completed e-transfer will be announced below.
. √ If e-transfer is not made by the due date, it may be removed from the attendees list without notice. ("First e-Trans First Confirmed")
※ Cancellation policy
. √ Cancellation must be made 72 hours prior.
. √ All refunds for cancellation will be given in the form of credits. (Credits expire six months(183 days) from date of issuance.)
. √ If canceled within 48 hours, refund will be given if the spot is filled by the tee-off time. ("the spot is filled" means "confirmed", not "RSVP & no Show")
. √ When canceling, be sure to change it to "Not Going". If you leave only a message and do not change the status, it will not be recognized.
※ If rain is expected or it is raining, it is up to the event host's decision to proceed. If you don't want a round on a rainy day, Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
