Let's keep the Cinco de Mayo spirit going all month long! Join us in Provenza's beautiful private room as we meet new and old friends, share our wine, and eat delicious food!
From 6:00-6:30, we'll mingle and enjoy scrumptious appetizers of chorizo-stuffed pork nachos with queso fresco and avocado crema and yummy tuna wontons.
At 6:30, we'll sit down to these new and exciting dinner choices:
Coconut Guava Chicken - Scrumptious grilled chicken with pineapple, peppers and onions over a bed of rice
Shrimp Stuffed Poblano - A savory poblano pepper stuffed with rice and shrimp on a bed of ancho chili sauce
Grilled Pork Loin - Luscious pork loin accompanied by mashed plantains and grilled veggies
Plantain and Tortilla Crusted Cod - Flaky white cod served with Spanish rice, tomato-cilantro confit and fresh asparagus
We'll end with a delicious dessert of chocolate banana bread topped with ice cream and possibly a silly game!
This event will be held in the lovely private room of Provenza Event Center, 5001 Wellington Ave., Ventnor Heights. There's plenty of parking. (If coming from the Black Horse Pike, turn in just after the Dollar General.)
Cost is $50 CASH AT THE DOOR and includes food, tax and gratuity. Please bring a bottle of wine to share.
