What we’re about
Meetup is all about fellowship and good vibes! We can’t wait to engage and socialize with each other while enjoying some fantastic live music. Let the rhythm move your soul and bring us closer together.
Our focus is on the greater Orlando area and all our Central Florida friends, fans, and performers. We’re excited to gather and celebrate the amazing world of live jazz! Whether you love traditional jazz, blues, New Orleans sounds, big band swing, Gypsy jazz, bebop, cool jazz, Latin jazz, soul jazz, funk, or fusion, there’s something here for everyone!
So come along, and let’s have a great time together!

Thanks to all the people that were at our CD release party on April 5th at Pilar’s Loft.
It was a huge success with a full house. Our next concert is at Timucua’s Art Foundation. One of our favorite venues. This is their promotion:
“World Music Week-Ends / World Music Series / Jazz Series:
Dimas Sanchez is an important figure in the Puerto Rican music scene in Central Florida. He always sells out at the white house, and his Afro Jazz Project is a band that deserves a much bigger platform.
Catch them in a small, intimate setting, in the best living room concert hall in the world!
Immerse yourself in the dynamic fusion of Latin Jazz and rich African roots with Dimas Sanchez and The Afro Latin Jazz Project. This exhilarating performance intertwines the vibrant sounds of Afro-Puerto Rican, Afro-Cuban, and Afro-Brazilian music, crafting an unforgettable musical experience.”When : May 3rd at 7 PM

“Afro Antillano is a musical tribute to the vision of a United Antilles, inspired by the revolutionary ideals of Puerto Rican Ramón Emeterio Betances, Dominican Gregorio Luperón, and Cuban José Martí. The album brings to life the pan-Antillean dream by blending Afro-Caribbean musical traditions, fusing rhythms from Afro-Puerto Rican, Afro-Cuban, and Afro-Dominican heritage. As noted by Tomas Peña of JazzdelaPena.com, this work "embodies a vision of a federated or confederated Antilles, expressed through the vibrant language of music."“Buy your tickets here:
