Code of Conduct
To ensure that our values and principles are upheld at all times, we run our events by a code of conduct. This code promises everyone attending our events will experience a safe environment where knowledge, skills, and connections can flourish. Our commitment to the highest standards allows us to create unique and special events that unite the brightest minds globally.
Who’s it for?
In short, everyone. There are no exceptions—seniority and experience are irrelevant here. We expect all attendees, speakers, and sponsors to abide by our code of conduct.
What is the code?
We stand for inclusivity, equal opportunities, and safety for all. Regardless of your race, gender, sexuality, background, disability, faith, or age, we welcome everyone with open arms. Our code is founded on the fundamental human rights of every individual.
We aim to provide a space where everyone—across locations, skill levels, and seniority—belongs. Our events are welcoming, open, and inclusive.
Disrespectful behaviour towards attendees, speakers, or organisers will not be tolerated. Harassment, aggression, sexism, racism, microaggressions, discrimination, hate, or exploitation of any kind will result in removal from our events, including future events.
We act with integrity and trust in everything we do. No issue is too small—every voice is heard, and action is always taken.
We operate with friendliness and respect. We promise to take steps to safeguard our community, do everything we can to protect all members, and carefully moderate our events.
