私たちは、学生がソーシャルスキルやコミュニケーション能力、そして起業家マインドを育むことを目的としたコミュニティです。メンターシップや仲間との学び合いを通じて、共に成長し、個人としてもプロフェッショナルとしてもスキルを高めていきます。
Coach For The Futureでは、「人に教えることは、自分自身を高めること」と考えています。他者をコーチングすることで、自身のスキルやEQ（感情知能）も向上します。
この有給インターンシッププログラムは、民間学童保育を展開するウィズダムアカデミーと連携し、小学生への日常的な指導やサポートを通じて、学生自身のリーダーシップや起業家精神を育む貴重な機会を提供しています。
ネットワーキングイベントやワークショップ、教育・テクノロジーに関するアイデアセッションなどを通じて、一緒に学び、つながり、未来を創造しましょう！

We’re a community passionate about empowering students to develop strong social skills, effective communication, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Through collaboration, mentorship, and shared experiences, we aim to grow together—both personally and professionally.
At Coach For The Future, we believe that coaching others begins with coaching yourself. By mentoring others, you not only give back, but also elevate your own skills and emotional intelligence (EQ).
Our paid internship program—run in collaboration with Wisdom Academy, a leading after-school educational center—offers university students the opportunity to mentor elementary school children in daily life skills while cultivating leadership and entrepreneurial thinking.
