# Overview

Some Lucky people will join me in Palisade, CO for a wagon ride through some amazing wineries. In this beautiful valley in Colorado’s western slope 80% of the state’s wine making grapes are grown. Each of the wineries is diverse but you will find some amazing Meritage White, Chardonnay, Syrah, Merlot and Viognier.

# Take a tour

Many Palisade wineries offer vineyard tours allowing you to see the grapevines up close, learn about the winemaking process, and enjoy the stunning scenery. IF this is something that interests you, ask the winery to provide a guided tour.

# Horse-Drawn Wine Tour

The experience of visiting the Valley’s fruit and wine country by way of a horse drawn carriage is memorable. The guided tour includes historical and informational narrative along the way to over 25+ local wineries. We will sample as many as our 4.5 hours allows. In addition to the wineries our guide can take us to fruit stands, lavender farms, historical landmarks, breweries, distilleries and other Palisade novelties as we so desire. Along with your tour you will get a goodie bag full of additional savings and gifts.

# Lodging

Enjoy Colorado’s Premier Wine Destination at the beautiful Wine Country Inn. This gem has 80 tastefully appointed guest rooms and amazing breakfast and even an hour-long wine tasting each evening. Dinner is available as is a complementary deluxe breakfast. Bring your swimsuit because the large outdoor pool and hot tub are to die for!

2 queen bedrooms for two nights = $464 with taxes and fees
1 king bed for two nights is $445 with taxes and fees
4.5 hour Wine tour on the horse-drawn carriage: $150
