Please join us for our 5th Annual Spring Fling. We have had a great time with this event and recommend you give it a try.
We will arrive on Friday afternoon play some cards or games in the Lower Lobby area. Check-In is at 4PM. Then we will have Chicago’s Pizza for dinner, and possibly play more games when we return.
On Saturday you will have time on your own during the day. This is the perfect time to visit downtown Mitchell (3 Miles away), or see the sights like Donaldson Cave, Bluespring Caverns Park, or Pioneer Village (similar to Conner Prairie). I’m sure that there will also be individuals wanting to play cards or games.
We will have an early dinner on Saturday, probably at the Railroad Cafe Lounge (or whatever everyone votes upon). Then we will return to the Park for the Euchre Tournament which has a $10 cost, awarding prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Most Lones and Boobie.
For Saturday we can get the Elm Room for $250 +Tax. I will be asking for donations to help cover this cost. They will provide water and ice in this room.
Sunday we will have breakfast at the Millstone Inn, hours 8AM-2PM and 5PM-8PM. Then Check Out by 11AM. Afterwards should you want, you can play more cards or games in the Lower Lobby area before returning home.
To make Reservations use our Group Block Code 0425ET and call 812/849-3534. Rooms will be released on March 25th. I have reserved 10 Rooms at the following rates for each night:
(1) King Handicapped w/1 Bed - $135.99 +Tax (12% Tax)
(1) Queen Handicapped w/1 Bed - $118.99 +Tax (12% Tax)
(4) Walk In Shower w/2 Beds And
(4) Bathtub Rooms w/2 Beds - $161.82 Includes Tax
I recommend that one individual pay the deposit of the 1st night while making the reservation; then the roommate pays for 2nd night at check-in.
If you would like to provide small items or goodies for our gift bags, I am hoping we have 20 in attendance. Get with me and we can go over details.
