BALSE project is a Los Angeles, California, based multidisciplinary philosophy, art, and culture research organization, and a social conceptual art project team. The main output of the organization is the private club event, BALSE, presenting a journey through contemporary techno music and visual art.
We are dedicated to producing an increasingly elevated artistic and cultural experience in a smaller organic setting.
