What we’re about
Did you lose a friendship through a break-up even though you were the one who introduced everyone? Moved for a new job and left your social life somewhere on the Bruce Highway? Stuck in a workplace where no one speaks in the break room but you can’t quit because, well... rent? Did your roommate seem like your new best friend until they started putting peanut butter in the fridge (or the cupboard - we see both sides)? Do your work mates disappear at the end of the day without so much as a "how about that meeting today - could have been an email, right?!". Then this group may be for you!
This group is for women in their twenties and thirties who are looking for connection through attending some interesting events. There won't be a huge drinking scene (the Valley just doesn't hit the same when nobody around you was alive at the same time as Steve Irwin), though we aren't opposed to a tipple either.
Bring your whole self. Or your tired self. Or your “I tried to be social but it’s Thursday and I have no serotonin” self - we’ll be glad to see you either way.

Bring a packet. Cast your vote. Judge Australia’s favourite bikkies with absolutely no research rigour whatsoever!
Use the Google Doc (linked here) to volunteer which biscuit you'd like to bring. If all biscuits are spoken for, just bring your lovely self.
On the day, come with your assigned biscuit, your strong opinions, and your ability to argue passionately about the need of the Ginger Nut in Australian society. We’ll be voting each biscuit yay or nay in three categories: Taste & Texture, Nostalgia or Novelty, and Biscuit Niche.
Tea? Optional. Frivolity? Guaranteed.
