What we’re about
A virtual safe place for Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Practitioners, and Leaders to practice the professional coaching competency - skills like listening, presence and asking powerful questions.
The Coaching Circles started in 2019 in North America and have expanded to Europe, APAC and Africa. Each session includes the opportunity to practice professional coaching skills in pairs or triads in breakout rooms or to remain in the main room and practice coaching skills with the group. In both instances, we share observations and feedback in support of each other.
Facilitators of the sessions include Agile Coaches who hold the ICAgile Expert certification in Agile Coaching or are ICF accredited.
