Welcome to The Houston Players' Club Meetup Page.
Our mission is to offer a quality golf experience to players of all ability levels by providing a fun, friendly and competitive atmosphere while still maintaining the ethics, respect, and courtesy of the game. Golf is a game of honesty and integrity and The Houston Players’ Club operates with the same values. We strive to expand everyone’s knowledge of the game while providing an opportunity to have fun, socialize and network with others.
We ask is that you be respectful of the game and your fellow golfers. Pace of play is important and we play "Ready Golf".
Imagine the fun you can have connecting with like-minded individuals, while playing some of the finest courses in Texas. The best part is that there is NO initiation fee to join Houston Players Club. All you pay for is the outing you choose to play in and any competitions you choose to participate in.
Whether you are a seasoned player, a beginner or your desire is to learn to play the great game of golf, we've got you covered.
We encourage all of our members to take part and participate in our events. We prefer a group of active members rather than a huge group of dormant members.
Please note: We will screen and remove inactive members every 6 months.
1. Be Respectful
Treat all members with respect and kindness.
Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive language.
2. Participation is Key
Active participation is encouraged, but respect members' comfort levels.
RSVP and cancelation 48 hours in advance of the event is mandatory. If you can't attend,

Show up on time for events, or notify the organizer if you're running late.
4. No Solicitation or Promotion
Refrain from promoting your business, products, or services unless the event is designed for such exchanges.
Avoid spammy behavior or unsolicited messages.
5. Safety First
Be aware of your surroundings and ensure that group activities are conducted in a safe environment.
Respect privacy and personal boundaries of others.
6. Follow Organizer's Instructions
Respect the event host's guidelines for activities and venues.
Contact the organizer if you have concerns or suggestions.
7. Alcohol and Drug Policy
Follow individual course regulations
Illegal substances are prohibited at all events.
8. No Show Policy
The event organizer is accountable to the course for the player count. “No-shows" without notice will result in removal from the group.
9. Be Considerate of Venue Rules
Respect the rules and property of venues hosting the group.
Clean up after yourself and help maintain a positive relationship with the venue.
