What we’re about
A friendly, welcoming yoga group, practicing traditional Indian yoga to relax, unwind and still the mind.
Come and join us if you are new to yoga, returning to yoga or practice yoga already. Everyone is welcome, every body is different - you don’t need to be bendy.
We loosen up, practice breathing, postures and stretches before relaxation at the end.
Please bring a mat, water to drink and a blanket for relaxation.
