What we’re about
Heart of LA’s Eisner Intergenerational Choir (EIC) is a unique choral ensemble that fosters community and camaraderie through the joy of choral singing, in an environment that embraces inclusivity and mutual respect for all individuals. Join us Wednesday evenings to benefit from interactions with each other while progressing toward a common goal of artistic excellence. We sing a very diverse and eclectic repertoire, ranging from Broadway show tunes, to pop and jazz favorites, to multicultural songs, to the more traditional secular and sacred choral music.
Last spring we sang a set of songs from musical theater, and this fall we’ll be learning some classic holiday songs, including Joyful, Joyful (the Sister Act version!), Put A Little Love in Your Heart, and a jazz arrangement of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas.
Heart of LA Intergenerational music performances are designed to share the joy of music making with performers and audience members through free community concerts at landmark venues. To register, visit us here. www.heartofla.org/intergenerational-music-programs
