GRID Baltimore is a real estate community built by investors for investors. We are a group of real people doing real deals.
Our core mission is to connect to, learn from, and collaborate with like-minded people interested in building wealth and creating impact through real estate.
We welcome investors of all experience levels. We are life-long learners and believe everyone has value to share.

How it works
We meet once a month, 12 months a year, on the same day, week, and time of the month. Each month we cover a different investing topic in the Lifecycle of an Investor—ranging from wholesaling to rehabbing to becoming a bank through private lending.
Our meetings are not sales pitches. They are opportunities for us to dive deep into a real estate topic, connect with local experts in our marketplace, and build long-term relationships with other doers and deal-makers.

Your GRID Leadership
GRID Baltimore is led by Vladislava “Sunny” Stevic.
Vladislava ' Sunny' Stevic, possessing the advantage of fluency in several foreign languages, brings a global perspective to Baltimore's real estate scene, real estate investments and housing development.
The foundation of her excellent communication skills was laid at one of the oldest institutions on the Balkan Peninsula - Sofia University St. St. Kliment Ohridski, where she majored in language skills and principles of translation. When she made Baltimore a home in 2007, she pursued an Associate's Degree in International Business.
Sunny's own road to homeownership illuminated her path in real estate - the art of real estate with all its aspects became her passion and career. Areas of her focus grew through the perfect blend of expertise and natural warmth she possesses as an agent, and her background in finance, hospitality, management and administration.
Today, she puts on many different hats as a real estate investment advisor, real estate agent, heavily associated with property management and a main player in several large real estate developments in the Baltimore Metropolitan area.
