What we’re about
Gothenburg is a place with immense opportunities for great pictures. The city is surrounded by water, has a picturesque archipelago, and has ubiquitous trails in the forests right in the city.
As they say: "Sweden feels like a different country in all four seasons", we have opportunities for great images throughout the year. One can get a different perspective of the same place in different seasons.
This photo walk group is aimed at bringing together like-minded people, who enjoy taking pictures and sharing their experience and knowledge of photography. The group welcomes everyone who loves photography, it's an advantage if you own a (D)SLR, but even a phone camera is enough. The motive is to explore the city and suburbs together and socialize with other people who can share their knowledge and experience.
There will be one or two photo walks every month depending on the weather. Suggestions for places to go are always welcome. We will usually go out on Saturdays, but if the weather is not supporting us, the Photowalk can be rescheduled to next day (the plan changes would be notified at least one day in advance).
