Golden Gate Smooth Dancers, Inc. is a non-profit organization that supports the continued growth and enjoyment of ballroom dancing!
If you’re looking for a fun and relaxed atmosphere and enjoy dancing in the San Francisco Bay Area, come to one of our Sunday dances. There, you will have the opportunity to take a free lesson from a local professional instructor, followed by an afternoon of dancing on a spacious dance floor.
We are a friendly group that loves to dance and socialize, and we welcome anyone interested in dancing – whether a beginner or an accomplished dancer. We dance all styles - American Smooth and Rhythm, International Standard and Latin, as well as Night club 2-step, west coast swing, Argentine Tango and hustle.

Happy Mother's Day !!!
Come join us on Sunday, May 11th, for our "April Showers Bring May Flowers" Afternoon Dance!
We kick off the event at 1:30pm with a Cha Cha Lesson taught by professional instructor Giovanni Leanza, followed by general dancing until 5:00pm.
As a special treat, we are holding an East Coast Swing Jack & Jill Competition.
Our dances are located at: 901 Civic Campus Way, South San Francisco (Library/Parks and Recreation Center).
Admission price is $25.00.
