Welcome to Go Kart Toronto & GTA! All skill levels are welcome!
If you're passionate about racing or have never raced a single time, this group is for all skill levels! Let's get together to race, but also to meet new people and have some fun while perfecting our go kart skills and engaging in friendly competition! A couple of our different types of events are listed below.
Arrive & Drive Events:
Bi-weekly, we will have an Arrive & Drive event, either at K1 Speed's Toronto location (75 CARL HALL RD UNIT #9), or their Mississauga location (1330 EGLINTON AVE. E). This is a great opportunity to mingle with like-minded & outgoing people, and get to understand the experience of go karting at your own pace. These are walk-in events, but it is recommended that you book your ticket online to guarantee you'll be able to participate with us at the time that's posted on the event page. I will describe how to do so in the event description itself.
These events will cost $72 for newcomers, and $61 if you've raced at K1 Speed before. These events are open to all skill levels.
Real Race Events: Every now and then, Real Race events will take place. These events will consist of one qualifying race; where everyone will compete for the fastest lap times, and one race; where your fastest lap time determines your position on the starting grid. The green flag is waved, and we race to finish in the highest position we can!
Pricing for these events can fluctuate between $70-$90 depending on the number of people who participate. More will be explained in each event description. These events are still open to all skill levels, but I think the real speed demons will love these events.
Other Events: If there are any other go karting locations within Toronto & the GTA that seem interesting to the group, we will also go to those locations. If there is a go kart track outside of K1 Speed that you think we should race at, message me and let me know! We are always looking for new places to race at.
