What we’re about

This is a group for people in their 20s and their 30s, looking to walk and socialise more. Walking is so great for mental and physical health. But I find I walk more when I have others to do it with, so I’m starting this group so hopefully we can all keep each other accountable, and walk more!

I mainly focus on walks after work on weekdays, to help those of us in offices move more during the week.

We walk at a moderate pace, walking shoes/sneakers are recommended. Each walk is roughly 45 mins to an hour and a half.
On paved walking paths.

If you want to bring your dog, go for it!

I am always open to new places to walk! Please suggest :)
