Hi there!
The Galway Social Club was initially set up in 2011 for people in Galway to meet likeminded new friends and acquaintances for social events and activities, this is still at the core of what we do. In addition, we help support local charities and keep our members up to date with local events and concerns. All residents, visitors, followers and fans of Galway are welcome to join our club. We hold a wide range of social, cultural and sporting get-togethers throughout the year.
Galway is one of the best cities in the world for choice with its rich entertainment and culture and we intend to keep it that way. It’s never been so important to be social in an increasingly online world, and nothing beats meeting up in person, sharing conversation, experiences, and laughter, so why not take part, get involved, come and join us on a night out, or a daytime event, and maybe even host or promote a cause or event of your own.

Events and hosting
Check out the calendar of events and simply RSVP to the ones that interest you most. Maybe even create your own event. We're very happy to support and guide you with hosting your own event or activity. If you have a general or specific interest that you’d like to promote then simply message Philip through meetup, or email at events@galwaysocialclub.ie, and we’ll happily guide you through our simple process.
