This is a group for anyone interested in getting in shape, loose weight, getting stronger - both physically and mentally. We`re having fun getting fit !

We are doing freeletics workouts that include lots of cardio, strenght and running.

Freeletics is a high intensity sport, where you only train with your own bodyweight.
