Free Memorial Day Weekend Walk/Jog/Run at Virginia Lake

Kaia FIT Sierra is hosting a free walk/jog/run this Memorial Day weekend!

Get outside with Coach Caren, owner of Kaia FIT Sierra!

Men, women and children are invited to join us from 7 to 8 a.m. at Virginia Lake in Reno. We'll be meeting on the northwest corner of the lake at the parking lot (on the corner of Lakeside and Lymbery just south of Plumb and Lakeside). Please arrive before 8 a.m. so that we can start on time.

Bring a water bottle, a good pair of walking or running shoes, some friends/family, and wear RED, WHITE, AND BLUE if you're feeling it!
