Hello! Thanks so much for taking the time to check out this group!
I’m starting this group because I’m exploring my own creativity and writing and I would love to connect with other gals in the same boat! The aim for this group is to have a positive, informal, supportive space where we are able to encourage one another, hold each other accountable for reaching our writing goals, and be there to cheer one another on while discussing all things writing.
Please note that this is NOT a class (I’m still an amateur too!) however we may sometimes have fun creative writing exercises!
We will meet fortnightly at the Central City Library. Please bring along an open mind, a pen and notebook, and any ideas / concepts you would like to discuss! The small fee will go towards MeetUp fee, snacks that will be provided, and whiteboard markers.
