What we’re about
Calling all willing to come together to learn about the desert soil and how to grow food in it, rediscovering the traditional foods that have been grown and consumed here for several thousand years and looking at how the traditions that we have brought with us as Strangers in a Strange Land have blended in.
While we're at it, we can learn about the mushrooms and the bees, water and the trees and maybe even the rocks too. In this unique desert place we truly have a wondrous playground. We'll be having hands-on activities, hiking with an educational twist, speakers, as well as thought-provoking conversations, and for kicks and giggles - possibly some interactive live mystery theater too.
We're all about respecting the web of life and how all things interconnect. Come...Be the mycelium.
