Yoga at the San Francisco Buddhist Center in the Mission
This is an all levels yoga class. $20-$30 donation. Cash, Venmo, Zelle
Mats available at no extra charge.
No registration required.We will blend a variety of somatic practices including Hatha, yin and Restorative Yoga as well as breath work and meditation. This class emphasizes embodied movement meant for each practitioner to find a pace and rhythm that feels good with room for customization/ freedom of movement. Each class will leave practitioners feeling a balance in their mind and body with a combination of stress relief and restoring energy by regulating the nervous system.
Class will be led by Aubree Gilbert
Aubree is a 500hr RYT specializing in yoga and mindfulness for trauma and mental health. Aubree has worked with youth and adults using mindfulness and yoga practices to build self awareness, confidence, be with and process emotions and build healthy habits for health and emotional wellness. Aubree is passionate about giving people the tools to feel safe and at home in their bodies, heads and hearts.Credentials:

Receive & Reset: Monthly Mini Yoga Retreat

This is a mini yoga retreat that happens every first Friday of the month unless otherwise specified. We will release what is stuck and surrender into what is nourishing. This will include a variety of somatic practices incorporating breath work, dynamic movement, qigong, yin and restorative yoga for health and healing. Each month’s practice will be formatted to align with what is happening in the world, what season we are in etc. Reach out if you have questions about a specific month’s focus.

- Doors open at 5:30pm to orient yourself to the space, enjoy complimentary self serve tea, journal, rest and connect with other attendees
- Props provided
- Spots are limited
- A minimum of 5 attendees are required to run the group and a maximum of 10
- Payment accepted in cash, check, Zelle, Venmo or PayPal
- There are no refunds for this offering since space is limited unless there is someone on the waitlist who is able to take your spot.
